Position : Senior Manager - Facilities Management
Location : Mumbai , Maharashtra, Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Job Description :
The role is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple IFM services, Food Services and Technical Services to client at site level, ensuring outstanding service delivery at all times and exceeding all Sodexo targets.
- Manage contract scope and form (e.g. variation control), managing the IFM services across the site
- Performance management across teams and service lines, reporting and monitoring of Performance
- Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets
- Assume responsibility (with client on site) for contract outputs and management of services against contracted scope of works
- Interfacing with country teams and country subject matter experts via a matrix structure
- Cultivate a shared sense of identity amongst all Sodexo services on site

Job Requirements :
* Graduation / Post Graduation in any field
* Should have outline idea or experience or exposure of services in a large site
* Must be handling a large team
* Must be very good at people management with OD mindset
* Must be expert in working in a team culture
* Client Management is key element for the position
* Must be handling a sketch of vast office area preferably with multiple buildings type
* Must be handling a corporate office equipped with all modern FMS aspects
* Young, energetic, full of enthusiasm, creative, constructive can run around and ensure execution
* Good at financial, commercials, P&L and business oriented.
