Position : Relationship Manager
Location : Middlesex Greater London Area, UK
Job Description :
- Identify opportunities and targets for collaboration, e.g. vendors of Property Management Systems; Internet Booking Engines; Central Reservation Systems and Revenue Management Systems; Online Travel Agents and Hotel Booking providers.
- Establish effective working relationships with key contacts at all levels in the vendor and partner companies
- Build and maintain a roadmap plan of integrations
- Work with RateGain product management and engineering teams to prioritize and oversee technical integration planning and delivery
- Provide support to RateGain Sales and Account Management teams in relation to the integration activities
- Work with RateGain’s hotel customers to identify requirements for external system connections and integrations
- Oversee and report to stakeholders on the progress and status of the integration plan
Job Requirements:
- Educated to bachelor’s degree level
- In addition candidates should demonstrate knowledge of hospitality technology gained through direct experience at a hotel company or vendor
- Sales and/or business development experience will be an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills- oral, written, presentation.
- Creative, self-starter, driven by results
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
- Ability to organize and lead multiple threads of activity concurrently
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude
- Record of successful negotiation
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality technology
- Domain knowledge of PMS/CRS integration; experience of sales/business development
