Job Description :

1.     Analyst / Sr. Research Analyst - Health Care & Pharma
2.     Share your domain/Industry knowledge with your team to execute projects efficiently.
3.     You shall be responsible to execute market research and consulting assignment/projects.
4.     Write market/Industry research studies and finalize them.
5.     Decide upon the market studies/topics to be researched.
6.     Finalise Table of contents/scope/structure of the market research studies.
7.     Finalise client proposals.
8.     Estimate market sizes and forecasting.
9.     Perform weekly reviews of your subordinates.
10.     Contribute High level analysis.
11.     Conduct primary and secondary research.
12.     Develop your subordinates in conducting primary and secondary research.
13.     Review the deliverable submitted by your subordinates.
14.     Maintain project plan to deliver the report timely.
15.     Work in tandem with the research manager and follow the table of content to complete the in-depth market assessment for individual MICRO and MACRO markets.

Job Requirements :

1. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or any Masters;
2. Preferably working experience with a market research/ consulting firm;      Minimum 2 year of relevant experience.
3. Prior industry experience in Healthcare and Medical devices or Biotechnology is required.
4. Superior analytical and conceptual ability with proven consulting skills;       Excellent communication, organizational or project management skills;        Motivated self-starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
