Job Description :
1) Design & develop a new, scalable web application using the Rails framework to take it from inception to agile development and into our customers hands
2) Server-side programming: Conduct code review in testing and in tracking issues during both development & support
3) Develop dynamic and intuitive user interfaces for web-based applications using JavaScript, AJAX and frameworks like JQuery
4) Work with DevOps team to understand customer needs, limitations of current platform and ideate new ways of simplifying the applications logic
5) Promote the best software engineering practices to ensure quality deliverables
6) Look out for new technologies that you can turn into products

Job Requirements :
- Preferred Prior Experience
- 2-5 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails framework on server side
- Knowledge of noSQL/ non-relational database design
- Experience with CSS and Javascript libraries such as JQuery
- Experience with using XML, web services, middleware
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and automation techniques is a plus
- Experience with mobile development and Hadoop/ Hive/ Hbase is a plus
- B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication
