Job Designation : Research Analyst

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

• Researching law firms, companies, and other specific industry sites.
• Track research projects in Excel (eventually in company database) to cover the geographical, technical, and legal areas necessary to make progress on the searches and locations covered.
• Highlight the paper leads and return them to the recruiters for their hot job orders. Eventually these leads may be entered. When returning a lead to the recruiter, its important to know:
• Either the date of the candidates JD year, bar membership, and/or uspto, etc. Some indication of the candidates years of experience is necessary. Always try and find out their undergraduate, graduate degrees and highlight if possible.
• Eventually assist in getting all leads that have been researched and recruiters are calling into the database so we can track who we have been calling and for what job orders
• Research and return leads Includes assisting in tracking down candidate information that we dont have currently have information and/or contact information on.
• All researched leads must be returned within 72 hours
• The process of researching leads, returning leads, and the recordation of the lead researched is very important and must be documented clearly and entered into the training manual.

Law graduate
0-2 years of relevant experience
