Job Description :
- Work with the RAK operations team to streamline and centralize billing and contractual procedures
- Assist operations activities around finance, legal, and business development
- Draft and manage contractual documentation, including engagement/project documents such as Scope of Work, firm-level agreements and vendor contracts
- Support delivery teams in engagement set up and invoicing
- Liaise with Legal and Finance teams on issue resolution
Job Requirements :
- Ability to understand intricate contractual documents and included terms and conditions
- Articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
- High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high quality service to the KPMG network
- Possesses good MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills
- Graduate/Post graduate degree from a reputed institute
- 0-2 year of experience at a leading multinational firm
- Prior experience in operations and administration will be useful
