Job Location : Delhi, India
Job Description :
Preparation, submission & Implementation of Plan in line with the Corporate strategy. Responsibility for financial performance and allocation of resources (budget, employees, material/equipment, etc.) within functional area.
Customer Relationship at TopManagement level, Monitoring of Customer Satisfaction & Management of Customer Complaints.
Ensure performance as per contract & company internal process, drive continuous improvement in quality of Project execution, EHS policy implementation. Ensures safe and reliable operation of power delivery and transmission facilities to meet system load needs, meet applicable industry reliability and regulatory standards.
Workload forecasting & Management, resource sharing in order to optimize workload.
Define HR needs, development & management of people, Implementation of HR processes (People reviews, objective settings & performance evaluation & development Plan)
