Job Description :
- Design and develop logical and physical designs for the ongoing evolutions in the existing systems
- Maintain the existing components & applications.
- Creating .Net based web pages, compatible with both desktop browsers and mobile browsers.
- Design and develop data and reporting.
- Design and develop scorecards, dashboards, and analysis solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal developers and consultants
- Establish and maintain coding standards
- Well versed in IIS, Active Directory authentication and Windows Server
- Stay abreast of the latest technology changes and mobile applications technology trends and methods,
- mentoring team members on new techniques.
- Extensive Development experience with .Net
- Project experience Developing / Consulting with CRM will be highly desirable
- Experience leading a team of Developers
- Ability to understand Business Requirements and to create & revise Business Rules
- Excellent client facing and communication skills
- Strong Customer focus and genuine desire to assist
- Proven practice of 4-5 years in the Information Technology field
- Experience in ERP Systems will be advantage
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of management levels, disciplines and personalities
- Excellent Time Management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
