1. To ensure safety of equipment and personnel by strict adherence to implementation of safety procedures.
2. Hands on working and coordinate contractors job in his area.
3. To follow the set procedure for maintenance of various services and systems.
4. To ensure all equipment in his area have proper records and test certificates/reports required as per factory statutes.
5. To report all the accidents
Job Requirements :
1. Process description, PFD.
2. Systems and procedures for maintenance.
3. NDT techniques.
4. Piping standards pipe and fittings.
5. Type of insulation and application.
6. Types of paints and application.
7. Rigging, Tools & tackles used for rigging, EOT & Mobile cranes.
8. Technical details , specification and maintenance requirements of
a) Static & rotary equipments.
b) Machine elements like bearings, packing, seals, gaskets, and couplings.
c) Valves / control valves.
d) Supports fixed, sliding, hanging, springs relevant standards.
e) Shop processes like cutting, welding, bending, metal spray, machining etc.
